COLUMBIA, SC, June 8, 2017 — Three Oaks Engineering announced today that Heather Robbins, AICP, has joined the woman-owned engineering firm’s Columbia, South Carolina office as a principal.
Robbins brings more than 15 years of professional experience in technical and project management of environmental projects to Three Oaks. She previously served as Director of Environmental Services for the South Carolina Department of Transportation, where she was responsible for the statewide preparation and approval of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, permitting, environmental mitigation, and compliance projects. She will provide her significant expertise in these areas to Three Oaks and assist in managing the company’s South Carolina operations.
