Three Oaks Engineering is seeking an exceptional individual to join our growing South Carolina practice. We are looking for an environmental scientist with at least ten years of experience to perform natural resource analyses; specifically wetland delineation, threatened and endangered species surveys, permitting, and document preparation.  Experience with NEPA documents, public involvement, and GIS is a plus.  The successful candidate will establish and grow a natural resource practice within the firm.  Therefore, we are looking for an individual with an outstanding reputation within the environmental community. Please articulate in your cover letter your ability to successfully market clients, win work, and manage projects and staff members.  This is an excellent ground floor opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to grow with a dynamic firm.  We intend to hire the best and brightest and have them retire from our firm.  Job hoppers need not apply.

BS in environmental science, biology, botany, or related discipline.  Master’s degree is preferred.

At least ten years of experience performing natural systems evaluations.  This includes leading wetland delineation efforts, performing protected species surveys, and preparing permit applications.  GIS, technical writing, and agency coordination experience is not required, but is preferred.
