Three Oaks Engineering Welcomes Skip Johnson, Plans to Open Columbia Office


COLUMBIA, SC, April 8, 2014 — Three Oaks Engineering announced today that Skip Johnson has joined the woman-owned Durham, North Carolina-based engineering firm as a principal who will also lead the opening of Three Oaks’ South Carolina office in downtown Columbia.

Johnson brings more than 30 years of professional experience to Three Oaks, including senior level National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) experience.  He previously managed South Carolina operations for Michael Baker International, where he was known for his commitment to providing client service and high-quality products.                         

Johnson has extensive NEPA experience across South Carolina on a variety of transportation and infrastructure projects, including management of environmental impact statements for two sections of the planned Interstate 73 corridor.

Three Oaks Certified as NCDOT DBE
